Quick troubleshooting
- Heelen is not in the Dock: Heelen runs from the menu bar. Open Heelen from your Applications folder, then look for its icon at the top of your screen.
- You cannot add or change protected apps: Open Heelen Settings and select “Unlock to Edit.” Your Mac must have a login password before Heelen can protect apps.
- Touch ID is unavailable: Select “Use Password…” in the macOS authentication prompt and enter your Mac login password.
- A protected app still shows notification previews: Notification previews are controlled by macOS. You can change them in System Settings under Notifications.
